Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions. You can cancel the purchased product or service by calling our customer care team. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.
There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.
You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, Tuanga travels may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers.
‘Tuanga travels’ reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages, or compensation. In such an event, Tuanga travels shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.
For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.
T&C For Refundable Package.
Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
15 to 7 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost
Less than 7 days before checkin Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities.
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, Some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

Our Service Fees: Our Service fee is applicable on per ticket basis. A single PNR or reservation may contain more than one tickets. In such cases the service fee is multiplied to the number of tickets per booking/reservation. If your Travel booking has both domestic and international sectors, both fees (domestic + international) will apply. Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the India Consumer Law, the following Service fees apply to all bookings (including in office, online bookings, and bookings made via phone, Chat or email)
Domestic Flight Reservations for Travel Within India: YOU MUST APPLY FOR CANCELLATIONS ATLEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE OF YOUR FLIGHT.
Our Service fee is in addition to the Currency conversion fee, Airline Penalties, Airline Service charges, Fare difference and Supplier service charges applicable to your booking/s.
Changes to Domestic bookings will incur a service fee of INR 1500 per passenger per ticket per change requested by you.
Cancellations to Domestic bookings will incur a Service fee of INR 2500 per passenger per booking.
Some bookings are non-refundable, in such cases no refund will be provided in terms of cancellation. In case the Airline provides you a credit, Tuanga Travels will charge INR 1500 service fee for utilization of the airline credit for all domestic reservations. Cancellations due to schedule change will incur a fee of INR 2500 per passenger. Credit card surcharges will not be refunded. If you wish to change or cancel the flight reservation booked with us, you will need to contact us on -+91-94038-90418 or +91-90418-77702 or email Services@tuangatravel.com and the booking agent.Credit card surcharges will not be refunded. In cases when airline is not able to operate and does not provide a refund, Tuanga Travels will not be able to provide you any refunds.
International Reservations For travelling outside India: YOU MUST APPLY FOR CANCELLATIONS ATLEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE OF YOUR FLIGHT. Our Service fee is in addition to the Currency conversion fee, Airline Penalties, Airline Service charges, Fare difference and Supplier service charges applicable to your booking/s. Changes to International bookings will incur a fee of INR 2500 per passenger per ticket in addition to , Airline fee , supplier fees and Fare Difference . Cancellations to International bookings will incur a fee of INR 4000 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees. Some bookings are non-refundable, in such cases no refund will be provided in terms of cancellation. Cancellations due to schedule change will incur a fee of INR 4000 per passenger. Credit card surcharges will not be refunded. In case of full refund provided by the airlines, we charge our service fee of INR 4000 per passenger per ticket and rest will be refunded to the nominated bank account. Credit Card surcharges are non-refundable. We do charge an advance cancellation fee in cases where refund is to be provided into nominated credit card/s. In cases when airline is not able to operate and does not provide a refund, Tuanga Travels will not be able to provide you any refunds.
Overseas Reservations for Travel Originating Anywhere Outside India: YOU MUST APPLY FOR CANCELLATIONS ATLEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE OF YOUR FLIGHT. Our Service fee is in addition to the Currency conversion fee, Airline Penalties, Airline Service charges, Fare difference and Supplier service charges applicable to your booking/s. All penalties/service fee/charges are applicable in USD Refund amount in case of overseas bookings fluctuate with the currency exchange rates. Changes to overseas bookings within that same country (Domestic) will incur a fee of $60 per passenger per ticket in addition to supplier fees. Cancellations to overseas bookings within the same country (Domestic) will incur a fee of $60 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees. Some bookings are non-refundable, in such cases no refund will be provided in terms of cancellation. Changes to overseas international bookings will incur a fee of $100 per passenger per ticket in addition to supplier fees. Cancellations to overseas international bookings will incur a fee of $100 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees. Supplier Change and Cancellation Fees: Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.
